How can I place an order on your online store?

To place an order on our online store, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, (Google pay and Apple Pay on their way).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 3-14 business days depending on your location. Print-on-demand (POD) and other specially printed items usually ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will do what we can to replace those items.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping information page for a list of countries we ship to and shipping rates.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. During checkout, you can select the gift-wrapping option and add a personalized message for the recipient.
